Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of 50 to 100 associates in a fulfillment center environment.
- Communicate policies and act as the primary information source for your team, ensuring compliance and consistency.
- Create and manage recognition and communication programs to motivate your team.
- Support safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA standards to maintain a safe work environment.
- Ensure adherence to security procedures and product loss prevention strategies.
- Collaborate with management to establish and uphold quality control standards.
- Set performance goals and objectives to meet customer demands while ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives using Lean tools.
- Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and coordinate cross-functional tasks.
- Communicate across various areas to align goals and tasks for overall program success.
- Engage in strategic planning and forecasting to evaluate performance and resolve issues.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and/or overnight shifts.
- Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons as needed.
Physical Requirements:
- Stand or walk for up to 10-12 hours.
- Frequent walking throughout the warehouse.
- Access all areas of the building safely.
- Regularly bend, lift, stretch, and reach.
- Lift and move items weighing up to 49 pounds.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in performance metrics, process improvement, or Lean techniques.
- Fluency in English (C1+).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Lean tools and/or certifications in Green/Yellow/Black belt.
