Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Equipment Maintenance Manager to lead our equipment maintenance performance improvement projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational environments, with expertise in talent management, people development, leadership, accountability, project management, statistical concepts, and Microsoft tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve equipment maintenance performance, driving quality, cost, and performance metrics to optimal levels.
- Manage budgets and control unit costs, ensuring alignment with management requirements.
- Ensure people training and certifications are up-to-date, based on skill matrices, to maintain a high-performing maintenance group.
- Develop and implement new supplier qualification plans, focusing on smooth technology introduction and learning curves.
- Lead root cause analysis and champion or team member for VOC and CC, enhancing equipment capability through software and hardware upgrades.
- Coach and manage team members to develop leadership and soft skills, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
- Manage maintenance systems, including CM, PM, overhaul, MTMV, and PdM, to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Promote new analytics strategies, focusing on data-driven solutions and actions in all processes.
Requirements
- 15 years of experience in operational environments (maintenance, production, or process).
- Profile: Electronic, robotic, computer, mechanical, industrial, or similar.
- Skill: Talent management, people development, leadership, accountability, project management, statistical concepts, Microsoft, negotiation, and teamwork.
- Knowledge in SMT.
