**Job Summary**
The Project Planner is a key role in supporting the Customer Project Manager to effectively and efficiently manage their Fulfillment Assignment Specifications (FAS) scope. This position requires a data-driven individual who can create insights and trends to inform business decisions and ensure compliance with group, legal, and financial directives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Review project planning inputs: Analyze contractual terms and conditions to identify scope, schedule, and invoicing requirements.
- Manage Customer Deliverables: Ensure timely completion of customer delivery documents and report any deviations.
- Supervise and improve project performance: Monitor and analyze project metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Administrate planning tools: Validate project setup in planning tools according to project requirements.
- Manage project administration: Support the Customer Project Manager in securing project documentation, including EHS documents and records.
- Global Chronos data administration: Assist in maintaining Global Chronos data quality by running and pending tasks.
- Troubleshooting, testing, and reporting: Identify and resolve issues, and report results to technical leaders.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Communications, Electronic Engineering, Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in project management, logistics, or purchasing with supplier relations experience.
- Fluent in English.
