Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strategy Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support the Strategy team across our offices to provide the best level of service to Sales, Account Managers, and Clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with Strategists to develop responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), including creating visually appealing and accurate decks, curating targeting strategies, researching recommended pricing, and forecasting inventory and budget.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining Salesforce opportunities, ensuring they are accurate and updated as plans are revised.
  • Volunteer assistance across the team and potentially beyond.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • 0-1 years of experience at a digital media agency or ad tech publisher/advertising sales organization in an intern, assistant digital media planner, or assistant Strategist/Sales Planner role, with a strong understanding of media math and terminology.
  • Familiarity with digital video advertising in an auction marketplace such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, or similar platform is a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel calculations, pivot tables, and graphs is a must.
  • Familiarity with the Salesforce platform is a plus.
  • Organized work process and detail-oriented.
  • Respectful, team player.
  • Open and clear verbal/written communication.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines.
  • Enthusiasm and drive to learn and keep up with the latest industry trends.
  • Driven and determined to learn and adapt in a fast-paced digital world.
