**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement safety and environmental strategies that promote a safe workplace and sustainable development.
- Conduct environmental and safety audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training to operations staff on applicable legal requirements and best practices.
- Investigate injuries and incidents to determine root causes and recommend preventive actions.
- Monitor stores for regulatory compliance and ensure all permit-related issues are addressed.
- Develop and implement safety and environmental action plans to ensure business continuity.
- Support the team in all matters related to occupational safety, occupational health, and the environment.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Medicine, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in legislation on labor safety, environment, occupational health, and civil protection.
- Special certifications or technical skills in training plans, ergonomics, occupational, environmental, and contingency health, and defensive management.
