About the Role

As an Operations Program Manager at Scale AI, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely delivery of our services while maintaining the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for running solutions, tools, and processes to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive critical operational processes, including data labeling, data curation, and data generation operations.
  • Improve and automate existing processes using scripts and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Provide inputs on internal tooling improvements and work with engineers to implement them.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate dependencies and create an effective feedback loop between the frontline, product, strategy, and customers.
  • Build, maintain, and regularly communicate detailed reporting for other leaders across the company.
Requirements
  • Industry experience in supply chain, finance planning, or an operational role in a top firm or a startup.
  • An undergraduate degree from a top university in an analytics-heavy major (e.g., Engineering or Economics) and/or a graduate degree from a top university in Engineering, Economics, or Business.
  • Experience leading day-to-day activities and improving processes.
  • An action-oriented mindset that balances creative problem-solving with the desire to deliver outcomes.
  • Analytical, planning, and process improvement capability.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with SQL and databases.
  • Experience with Python scripting and some LLM usage.
