**Job Summary**
Gates Corporation is seeking a highly skilled SAP Technical Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our SAP technical services team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering new SAP solutions, improving application performance, and leading project delivery and operational support.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and deliver new SAP solutions, including B2B and B2C integration, using SAP OData and API-based integrations.
- Improve application performance by leveraging SAP code pushdown approach and using SAP standard CDS views and AMDP procedures.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams, functional teams, and system integrators to architect efficient and scalable SAP solutions.
- Provide leadership in all aspects of SAP systems solutions, including decision-making for optimized service organization.
- Lead project delivery and operational support, managing team workload, project prioritization, and performance.
- Establish standards, SOPs, and governance processes for SAP technical services transformation.
**Requirements**
- Strong experience in architecting and technical configuration of SAP solutions, including SAP S4/HANA, Fiori, GTS, and Solution Manager.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP new tools and technologies, including SAP BAS, ADT, SAP web IDE, and ABAP programming on S4 HANA.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP technical services, with a focus on solution architecture and delivery.
- Strong experience with SAP S4/HANA, Fiori, and Solution Manager.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
