Key Responsibilities- Implement and maintain the Donaldson EHS Framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Lead incident analysis and investigation, identifying root causes and developing countermeasures to prevent future occurrences.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to update and implement Significant Risk Analysis, improving machinery, equipment, and work areas.
- Administer contractors and high-risk activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
- Manage ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certifications, ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards.
- Develop and implement hazardous energy control procedures, leading tours with the Hygiene and Safety Commission and other stakeholders.
- Implement electrical safety measures, including arc protection and short circuit coordination.
- Develop and manage Civil Protection Emergency Plans and implement emergency brigades.
- Manage leading and lagging indicators, tracking and analyzing EHS performance metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as an EHS Leader or Manager.
- At least 8 years of experience in EHS roles, including safety and hygiene, environmental.
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
