Job Description

As a Gerente Comercial at Michael Page, you will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing team to promote the property and develop commercial strategies to achieve the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and oversee the department's monthly, weekly, and daily activities and goals.
  • Develop and implement effective short-term, medium-term, and long-term business strategies.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Manage and resolve complex client issues.
  • Identify new business and growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare business reports and analyses.
Requirements
  • Degree /Bachelor in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in a managerial commercial position in the real estate sector.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
  • Experience with residential projects in Quintana Roo.
  • Experience in developing and implementing business strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
