  • Document customer cases and actions using case tracking tools like Salesforce.
  • Interact with global teams to drive cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience with ABB and GE products.
  • In-depth knowledge of residential, distribution, and control products, including load centers, transformers, modular metering, industrial breakers, panel boards, motor control, pushbuttons, safety switches, and programming MODBUS.
  • Strong team orientation, interpersonal skills, and oral/written communication skills in English.
