Job Purpose

The P&CI Specialist plays a crucial role in the day-to-day activities of the P&CI Function, coordinated by the Regional P&CI Manager. This trusted partner works closely with OpCo P&CI, Shared Service Centers, and Functions to achieve business objectives, monitor controls, drive improvements in processes, and strengthen the internal control environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • University degree or Master's in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or IT
  • Proficient in English and Spanish
  • Ability to travel internationally (up to 20%)
  • Knowledge of processes, risks, and internal control
  • Desirable knowledge in CPI

The ideal candidate will be a strong partner for the Regional P&CI Manager and will contribute to the development and maintenance of the HEINEKEN Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) Framework, global issue tracker, and HeiRules maintenance.
