Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Manpower S.A. De C.V. as a Senior Service Desk Technical Support. This role will perform activities associated with installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and servicing computer-related products, including desktops, laptops, network devices, standard software, and servers at customer sites or depot locations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for software, hardware, and networking issues for desktops, laptops, and servers.
  • Perform maintenance and support on legacy products.
  • Support enterprise products, including disk replacement on enterprise storage products.
  • Install and maintain PCs and associated software, networks, servers, and peripherals.
  • Test and certify PCs, laptops, networks, servers, and client-approved applications in specific locations.
  • Provide follow-up on problems or escalation.

Requirements

  • High school degree required.
  • B2 Conversational English Level.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with desktop break-fix, service desk activities, and PCs, laptops, networks, servers testing and maintenance.
  • Electronics training equivalent to at least 2 years of technical institutes, polytechnic, and/or military technical school with applicable field service and/or other related technical experience.
