Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Logitech. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical assistance to our enterprise customers, ensuring their meeting rooms and video conferencing solutions are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or video calls
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with Logitech's Paid Services support for video conferencing solutions
  • Collaborate with ITDMs to maintain and optimize conference room spaces
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the field
  • Participate in knowledge sharing and best practices within the team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of video conferencing solutions and enterprise software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
