Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Collections Specialist to join our team at Farmer & Wright. As a key member of our collections team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls with clients, negotiating payment plans, and resolving outstanding documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from clients to discuss payment plans and resolve outstanding issues
- Make outbound calls to clients to collect payments and obtain necessary documents
- Utilize scripting to ensure consistent communication with clients
- Self-report daily on key performance indicators, including call volume, collection resolutions, and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
- Basic computer skills and ability to type while on phone calls
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
