Recruiting Director

At American Express, we're seeking a seasoned Recruiting Director to lead our Global Talent Acquisition team in Mexico City. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for driving strategic hiring initiatives, developing and executing talent acquisition strategies, and fostering a culture of excellence within our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a high-performing talent acquisition team to achieve ambitious hiring goals.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent and drive business results.
• Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Stay connected to the marketplace through benchmarking and networking to analyze recruitment trends and provide expert solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience managing teams of 5+ across multiple markets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong track record of developing talent.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resources, preferably.
