The Role

">

This leadership position is part of our Warner Bros. Discovery Studios Center of Excellence (COE), where you'll lead the Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA) Content Licensing team.

">

Your primary responsibilities will include:

">
  • Forming, growing, and stabilizing the FPA Content Licensing function
  • Working closely with COE and business partner leadership to determine resourcing needs and organization structure
  • Executing all Content Licensing planning functions within your scope of responsibilities

Your Key Accountabilities

">
  • Work with COE leadership to execute transition plans
  • Ensure timely delivery of planning responsibilities, including:">
    • Forecast preparation
    • Forecast submission
    • Budget preparation
  • Ensure timely delivery of reporting responsibilities, including preparation of actuals versus forecast variance reporting
  • Ensure timely delivery of analysis for functional area of responsibility, including initial review and analysis of variance reporting
  • Ensure the ongoing development of team members, including professional and people skills, knowledge of the business, and team engagement
  • Partner with stakeholders for the execution of key initiatives, including:">
    • Global process alignment
    • Continuous improvement
    • Implementation of planning and reporting best practices
    • Effective change management
    • Other strategic business initiatives

What You Bring

">

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

">
  • At least 10+ years related professional experience, with at least 8 years' experience in a management position
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree in a related field a plus
  • English language proficiency, at a minimum of professional working proficiency
  • Advanced knowledge of, and experience with, financial planning, analysis, and reporting concepts, and EPM tools and processes
  • Experience managing large teams; Commercial and Media experience a plus
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across the organization
  • Strong problem resolution skills, and a high degree of integrity, tact, and diplomacy
  • Effective communicator at all levels of the organization, with the ability to influence others and negotiate outcomes
  • Strong written, oral, and presentation skills required
  • Position may require international travel

Compensation Package

This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive compensation package, including an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
