Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in financial planning and analysis, who can lead our Financial Planning and Analysis (FPA) team in Mexico City. As a Strategic Director, you will be responsible for executing all content licensing planning functions, working closely with COE and business partner leadership to determine resourcing needs and organization structure.
You will oversee the development of strategic plans, ensure timely delivery of reporting responsibilities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your expertise in financial planning, analysis, and reporting concepts, as well as your experience with EPM tools and processes, will be essential in this role.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans for FPA Content Licensing, aligning with COE and business partner objectives.
- Lead the execution of transition plans, ensuring timely delivery of planning responsibilities, including forecast preparation, submission, and budget preparation.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting, analyzing variances, and driving improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on key initiatives, such as global process alignment, continuous improvement, and implementation of planning and reporting best practices.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 10+ years related professional experience, with at least 8 years' experience in a management position.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree in a related field is a plus.
- English language proficiency, at a minimum of professional working proficiency.
- Advanced knowledge of financial planning, analysis, and reporting concepts, and EPM tools and processes.
- Experience managing large teams; commercial and media experience is a plus.

CompensationThe estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $250,000 - $300,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
