We are seeking a highly skilled International Payments Specialist to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and increasing market penetration in the LATAM region.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a territory coverage plan to achieve monthly region/segment forecasts and exceed targets in areas of number of clients and GMV from direct business.
- Pitch Payoneer offerings to CXOs to crack deals as partner of choice to receive global payments.
- Explore new business segments and define GTM strategies to drive below-the-line activities and augment customer acquisitions.
- At least 6 years of experience in business development, service, and/or solution sales, account management, especially in payments, e-commerce, or managing large-size merchant acquisitions.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding business established goals.
- Experience in leading complex negotiations with CXOs of SMB accounts.
- Ability to drive operational excellence through innovative initiatives.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
