About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Trials Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for contributing to the delivery of clinical trial outcomes within schedule, budget, and quality/compliance standards. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead specific aspects of global clinical trials processes and contribute to operational excellence through process improvement and knowledge sharing.

Main Accountabilities

  • Maintain operational excellence through various initiatives such as process improvement, compliance, and performance optimization.
  • Report technical complaints, adverse events, and special case scenarios related to Novartis products within 24 hours.
  • Distribute marketing samples (where applicable).

Key Performance Indicators

  • Timely, efficient, and quality execution of trials and trial-related activities within budget and in compliance with quality standards.
  • Adherence to Novartis policy, guidelines, and external regulations.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical research positions, specifically in SSU.
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken skills.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
