Job Responsibilities

The responsibilities associated with this role encompass, but are not limited to, the following:

The Product Owner is tasked with maximizing the product's value. This requires close collaboration with stakeholders, defining and prioritizing the backlog, streamlining the execution of priorities, and ensuring the product's conceptual integrity and adoption. Engage and confirm effective communication with stakeholders, including business teams, development teams, and support functions to define, drive, and align the strategic roadmap for Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Service, Digital Customer Experience, Pricing, and One CRM with organizational objectives. Articulate and convey the product vision, progress, and priorities to stakeholders and IT Teams utilizing digital tools provided by operational teams and communication support groups. Comprehend business needs, challenges, and processes in business management reporting development to ensure usability, effectiveness, and alignment with end-user expectations. Prioritize backlog items based on business value for the organization, guided by business leaders and subject matter experts. Collaborate closely with stakeholders and communications colleagues to develop onboarding tools, guidelines, and policies regarding tool utilization. Ensure ongoing product delivery and timely support. Cultivate a culture of collaboration and open feedback with the business while providing professional advice on reporting tools and methodologies that focus on documented business needs. Develop and maintain high standards in BI logic and principles, focusing on standardized and scalable output, and be able to translate this knowledge to relevant stakeholders in an understandable manner.

The ideal candidate possesses the following skills:

Over five years of experience working as a product owner or in a similar capacity, preferably with degrees in business administration, sales, marketing, operations management, economics, or related fields. Additionally, you should have: Exceptional collaboration skills in a global organization characterized by personal, professional, and cultural diversity. A proven ability to construct a unified product strategy by facilitating stakeholder collaboration, gaining business trust, and securing buy-in from senior leaders across the organization. A proactive approach to engaging with stakeholders as an advisor and sparring partner to influence decisions and ensure governance and aligned prioritizations. Strong experience in user experience reporting design and a deep understanding of what constitutes a positive experience. Familiarity with Agile principles, Azure DevOps, Salesforce, SAP reporting, and Microsoft reporting tools. Excellent communication skills, including conflict management, emotional intelligence, and change management techniques that promote a positive culture of continuous improvement. A proactive attitude that anticipates customer-centric solutions, seeks to understand, and demonstrates a frontline passion for customer needs. Extensive business knowledge, with a preference for data analytics in commercial operation management areas.
