Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Training Specialist to join our Medical Communications team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating training and quality programs, ensuring compliance with corporate, departmental, and client policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver training programs and curriculums to promote continuous improvement
  • Lead or perform quality reviews of MIA and MIS staff customer interactions and associated documentation
  • Coordinate and assist with corrective action plans as needed
  • Schedule training for new employees and identify training gaps
  • Ensure program compliance with applicable health authority regulations (FDA, EMEA)
  • Develop and maintain program training documentation in audit-ready status
  • Conduct call and documentation review of staff member's work and monitor accuracy and completeness of information provided
  • Evaluate quality trends across the program and provide feedback to the management team
  • Develop continuous improvement initiatives based on gaps and trends identified
  • Provide support for program-related audits

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification
  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5+ years)
  • Comprehensive understanding of applicable health professionals (FDA, EMA) or local regulations
  • Strong knowledge of drugs and drug information
  • Ability to perform call/document review, including complex clinical discussions and provide clear and concise feedback
  • Phenomenal organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong digital literacy, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to train and mentor others
  • Excellent language skills (comprehension, speaking, reading, and writing) must be proven if the position requires languages other than English
  • Ability to work in a team environment and/or independently as needed
