Responsibilities

As a Customer Acquisition Senior Manager at DiDi Fintech Credit in Mexico, you will have the following responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic plans to drive new customer acquisition growth for cash loan from our ecosystem, paid marketing channels, and alliance partners.

Tap into various information sources to synthesize business and customer insights and identify opportunities for growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional customer experience and boost new customer acquisition.

Manage a team of professionals, coach them, and help grow their skills to achieve their full potential.
