Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment. You will partner with various stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Main Responsibilities
- Identify areas for improvement in the manufacturing process.
- Partner with Asset and Reliability team for system improvement and execution of special maintenance tasks.
- Represent the department/line/s as the site technology owner in regional and global technology forums.
- Develop and execute the line/s preventive and time-based maintenance systems and plans.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge & skill to maintain dedicated equipment(s) at basic conditions independently.
- Capability to lead a Role for the Line, qualify and coach next level SWP owners.
- Capability to work as the Line Leader, developing and aligning goal/master plan for the line.
