Lead Bartender

**Job Summary**

As a Lead Bartender at Marriott International, you will be responsible for creating exceptional beverage experiences for our guests. This role requires a strong knowledge of mixology, a passion for providing excellent customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Prepare and serve beverages according to Marriott International standards, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.
2. Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of cocktails, beers, and wines, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing recommendations.
3. Anticipate and address guests’ needs, ensuring timely and personalized service.
4. Collaborate with the bar team to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
5. Process transactions and manage cash handling, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
6. Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and customer service.

**Preferred Qualifications**

High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-year of related work experience and knowledge of Marriott International’s service standards and policies preferred.
