We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Beverage Manager to join our team at The St. Regis Mexico City.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our beverage operations, including wine, spirits, and cocktails, and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of bartenders and servers to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Oversee the management of beverage inventory, ordering, and restocking
  • Develop and implement beverage menus and promotions to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness in all beverage areas

Requirements and Qualifications
