Design and Delivery Learning Specialist

Join Percepta International, a global leader in customer experience, as a Design and Delivery Learning Specialist. This role is a key part of our team, responsible for creating and delivering exceptional training experiences that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct needs analysis to identify learning objectives and development needs, collaborating closely with clients to define project scope, objectives, and approach.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring effective training solutions that meet client needs.
  • Design and develop training materials, using adult learning principles and instructional methods such as eLearning, self-paced, and virtual delivery.
  • Partner with clients to identify training needs, develop learning products, and create content that meets their requirements.
  • Measure training effectiveness using defined program metrics, and modify content to address gaps and improve outcomes.
  • Provide project updates and risk management to the Training Supervisor, and collaborate to develop action plans to address risks and meet timelines.
  • Conduct post-project analysis to evaluate implementation quality and provide feedback for training improvements.
  • Lead train-the-trainer sessions, demonstrate proficiency in training, and ensure all equipment and systems are in place for successful delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or Training, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional training and development experience, with 1-3 years of instructional or curriculum design experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to create new training tools and identify changes specific to programs.
