About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Coordinator to join our Global Procurement Centre of Excellence (COE) organization and the Global Operations – Procurement Finance FP&A team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and monthly latest estimates in partnership with global and domestic category leads.
  • Support contract management processes, including reviewing and approving contracts, contract logs, obligation reporting, and related SOX controls.
  • Contribute to productivity project processes, reviewing and approving projects, project logs, powersteering reporting, framework application, and insights.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication of business information and insights.
  • Report supplier diversity spend across PepsiCo US Business Units.
  • Engage with key internal stakeholders, including the Supplier Diversity team, Global Procurement commercial teams, Financial Planning, Control, and Systems Support.
  • Support submissions for company recognition awards related to supplier diversity, troubleshooting, and maintaining reporting integrity across various systems.
  • Develop knowledge of the supplier diversity supplier base and its impact on driving PepsiCo's business results and fulfilling performance objectives.
  • Create analysis and reporting models to tell the story with data.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis on business performance and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with high-level proficiency in systems, processing large volumes of data, and interfacing with corporate reporting systems.
  • Ability to work with multiple teams to create accurate and timely deliverables.
  • Advanced English level, excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with various levels of the organization.
