We are seeking a highly skilled **Product Quality Engineer** to join our team at Collins Aerospace. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in the development and production of our products.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement quality evaluation and control systems to ensure reliability of products
- Collaborate with product design and specification teams to devise testing plans and methods
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Identify and manage risk in product development using tools such as PFMEA and MSA
- Develop proactive quality initiative strategies and drive their implementation
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective action for design problems
- Ensure all requirements are met for work transfer and process change management
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Electronic, Mechanical, Industrial or Mechatronic Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field
- Lean Six Sigma knowledge
- GD&T knowledge
- Proficient conversational and written English
- Advanced Excel skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
- SAP navigation
- Knowledge in 8D methodology
