About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Application Support Developer to join our team at Intugo. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage tickets, following established processes for ticket prioritization, resolution, and communication.
- Identify recurring issues, document, and streamline common fixes.
- Potential for code work and fixing bugs in addition to handling customer issues.
- Work with owning teams to prioritize and/or contribute to corrective code.
- Utilize problem-solving, analytical, and software debugging skills across various types of software.
- Apply good data analysis and SQL skills for issue investigations.
- Capable with popular coding languages for code and data investigations, including but not limited to.Net/C#/Aspx, Javascript/HTML, Azure development.
- Demonstrate our values in an ongoing and consistent manner.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of demonstrated relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:
Full-time, indefinite contract.
$19,000.00 per month.
Monday to Friday schedule.
