About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Daily Logistics Planner to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering daily route plans for last-mile delivery routes in compliance with our Service Level Agreement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement optimal route plans using Omnitracs Roadnet tool to ensure efficient delivery routes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and operations, to ensure seamless execution of delivery routes.
  • Work closely with local teams to understand market requirements and adapt route plans accordingly.
  • Monitor and analyze delivery route performance to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and provide feedback to stakeholders to drive process enhancements.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in logistics and supply chain management. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.
  • 1 year of experience in a logistics-related role, with a strong understanding of route optimization and delivery management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software tools.
