Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project development from initiation to closure, ensuring that all project deliverables are met.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and manage project teams, including defining tasks, assigning resources, and tracking progress.
  • Ensure that project scope, timelines, and budgets are clearly defined and communicated to all stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that project deliverables are met, and that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Ensure that all project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes, are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electronic, Mechatronic, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in manufacturing and software industries.
  • Knowledge and experience with project management tools and software packages, including Agile and Scrum methodology.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
  • Knowledge of APQP/PPAP process and core tools.
  • Experience with budget planning, project scheduling, and resource allocation.
