Job Overview

Position Objective:
To develop and implement process enhancements, ensuring optimal utilization of equipment capacity and streamlined model transitions. Responsible for executing corrective and preventive actions to resolve issues using established methodologies. Focus on controlling and reducing scrap generation while ensuring safe equipment operation. Oversee the introduction of new products in the designated area and ensure the procurement and availability of necessary tooling and documentation for operations.

Required Knowledge:

• PFMEA

• 5S methodology

• Lean Manufacturing principles

• 8D problem-solving, A3 reporting, root cause analysis tools

• Line balancing and Standard Work creation

Essential Skills:

• Personnel management

• Problem-solving capabilities

• Decision-making proficiency

• Creative thinking

Educational Background:
Degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience Required:
Minimum of 3 years in the industry.
