Senior Operational Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operational Leader to join our team at North American Production Sharing, Inc. In this role, you will have the authority to define the position profile for each cell and/or work team to designate who must operate the machines for the hiring of operational personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure seamless production operations by identifying and mitigating risks that may impact quality, safety, or the environment.
• Stop any process or activity when necessary to prevent harm to people, equipment, or the environment.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging the development of new skills and knowledge among operational personnel.
• Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement in production efficiency and implementing changes as needed.

Requirements:

• A degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is required.
• A high level of English proficiency is essential for communication with suppliers and other stakeholders.
• A valid visa is mandatory for this role.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in core tools such as auditor interno, 8 DS, and interpretation of plans.
• Experience with quality techniques, process mapping, and KPI analysis.
• Familiarity with IATF 16949:2016 and VDA 6.3 standards.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
