Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Basic math skills and ability to learn calculations related to mileage and time
- Advanced written and oral communication skills in English and Spanish
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the freight industry and logistics processes
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and other software applications
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a related field
