Eaton, a leading power management company, is seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join its team in a Quality Assurance role. This position plays a critical part in ensuring that all products meet the required standards and specifications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control, with experience in analyzing data, identifying trends, and implementing corrective actions. They should also be well-versed in industry-standard quality management systems (QMS), such as IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.

This role requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The successful candidate will be able to maintain accurate records, communicate complex information clearly, and adapt to changing priorities.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Calibration and measurement control: Ensure that all measuring instruments are properly calibrated and maintained.
  • Dimensional verification: Verify the dimensions of parts and materials to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Statistical process control: Analyze data and identify trends to optimize production processes.
  • Training and development: Provide training and guidance to colleagues on quality procedures and best practices.

In addition to the responsibilities listed above, the successful candidate will also be expected to:

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and regulations.
  • Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve shared goals.
