Job Title: Lead Mainframe Developer

Infosys Limited is seeking a highly skilled Lead Mainframe Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions using Mainframe, Cobol, CICS, DB2, JCL, and VSAM technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop complex software applications using Mainframe technologies
  • Lead the development team in creating high-quality code deliverables
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical expertise
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and design artifacts
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects and meet quality standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in Mainframe development
  • Experience with Cobol, CICS, DB2, JCL, and VSAM technologies
  • Strong analytical and design skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Mainframe technologies
  • Experience in COBOL, CICS, and DB2
  • At least 2 years of experience in Cobol DB2 and CICS Application programming
  • At least 2 years of experience in VSAM and JCL
  • Experience in software development life cycle (waterfall and agile)
