Key Responsibilities:

  • Support process excellence initiatives and drive improvement projects to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Drive benchmarking and best practices deployment across accounts to ensure consistency and excellence in our processes.
  • Understand potential customer dissatisfaction drivers and proactively mitigate any CSAT/PCSAT risks to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with customers and operations leadership team to identify improvement opportunities and drive them to closure.
  • Drive projects to improve and maintain the profitability of our processes.
  • Drive a culture of process improvement using tools like Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen on the process floors.
  • Drive standardization practices on the floor and ensure strict compliance in internal and client-defined processes.
  • Monitor and drive compliance requirements through Internal Common Minimum standards (CMS), ISO 9001, etc.
  • Ensure all process metrics are met.
  • Lead quality reports and dashboards.
  • Support in SOP and VSM creation.

Requirements:

  • Any Graduate, B.E/B.Tech degree.
  • Professional Qualification: Six Sigma Black Belt/Lean Certified/Trained.
  • Excellent data analytics, problem-solving skills, and Wipro transformation tools.
  • Experience in managing Quality/Process Excellence initiatives with exposure to both front office and back office operations.
  • Experience in leading/driving consulting projects.
  • Experience in working in cross-functional teams and demonstrated ability to drive change in the process.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Well-versed with MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • English Fluency.
