Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at AdriaScan. As a global provider of passport/ID scanning solutions, we serve over 2,500 customers across more than 110 countries worldwide.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction by providing first-level technical support, resolving complex issues in coordination with other departments, maintaining accurate customer accounts, and generating weekly reports for management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional customer service through timely responses and resolutions
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve overall experience
- Maintaining up-to-date customer information and account details
- Compiling and presenting weekly performance reports to senior management
To excel in this role, you will require:
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) as well as Spanish
- Experience with Salesforce and/or similar CRM systems is an advantage
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
