Main Duties- Order Fulfillment:
- Process orders for new devices and redeploy existing devices
- Support device forecasting process
- Customer Service:
- Manage service lifecycle of deployed devices
- Creation of customer invoices
- Well versed in Purchase Order administration
- Technical Support:
- Manage incidents and requests from clients
- Facilitate resolution to technical escalations
- Prepare documentation to track SLA performance
