We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Purchasing Quality Leader to join our team at Bosch Group. As a key member of our purchasing organization, you will be responsible for leading quality aspects related to indirect purchasing (i-Buy), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), System Audits, and 3TG (Conflict Minerals).


This role will involve managing a team of associates located in Mexico and Brazil, with a focus on fostering people development, building strong relationships with internal customers and business partners, and demonstrating strong leadership in quality management.


The ideal candidate will have a strategic focus on driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. We are looking for a leader who can analyze complex problems, make informed decisions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities



  • Lead quality management initiatives for indirect purchasing, CSR, System Audits, and 3TG
  • Manage a team of associates in Mexico and Brazil, focusing on people development and relationship building
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals

Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering
  • Proficient in English, with fluency in Spanish as an additional valuable skill
  • Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing teams to enhance performance and foster a culture of quality and excellence
  • Proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
