Business Development Representative

We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our team at Hyatt Hotels Corporation. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in presenting and involving our guests in the opportunity to become an owner of the finest vacation experience.
Key Responsibilities- Presentation and Sales: Prepare each day to meet guests as a professional sales representative through proper dress and grooming, adhering to standard work hours 7am – 4pm.
- Customer Service: Greet each guest in a warm and friendly manner, providing exceptional customer service as specified in training and direction of management.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain the highest level of company/competition product knowledge by attending all required training sessions.
- Sales Goals: Achieve individual established performance guidelines within established time frames, contributing to achieving overall site VPG, closing percentage at budget levels, as set by management.
- Teamwork: Participate in staff meetings, attend other meetings, such as seminars and training as required, and complete demo and assessment rides on a regular basis with team leaders & sales managers for the purpose of providing effective coaching and motivation to improve.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bilingual fluency (English-Spanish)
- Availability to work flexible schedules
- Vacation Ownership Sales Experience
- Sales/Marketing or tourism career background preferred
- Proficiency in computers – software knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are a requirement
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
