Sales Representative

The Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in presenting and engaging our guests in the opportunity to become owners of exceptional vacation experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare daily to meet guests as a professional sales representative through proper attire and grooming.
- Adhere to standard work hours of 7am – 4pm.
- Greet each guest warmly and professionally, as specified during initial meetings.
- Effectively utilize approved presentation and support materials.
- Achieve individual performance goals within established timeframes, contributing to overall site VPG, closing percentage, and budget levels set by management.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, as specified in training and management direction.
- Maintain the highest level of company and competition product knowledge by attending required training sessions.
- Adhere to all established policies, procedures, and position requirements for licensures and certifications.
- Discuss terms, conditions, incentives, points, and product pricing with customers.
- Gain commitment from guests to purchase.
- Complete demo and assessment rides regularly with team leaders and sales managers for coaching and motivation.
- Model and reinforce effective sales and customer service practices, behaviors, and results.
- Participate in staff meetings and attend other required meetings, such as seminars and training sessions.
Requires bilingual fluency (English-Spanish), flexibility in scheduling, and Vacation Ownership Sales Experience. A sales or marketing background, or experience in tourism, is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. Exceptional customer service orientation, positive disposition, excellent verbal and written skills, and strong work standards are essential. Multitasking, follow-up, building business partnerships, attention to detail, and thriving in ambiguity are also required. Excellent organizational skills are necessary.
