About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Commerce Trade Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Haleon. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and achieving our market share targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Channel Communication and Collaboration: Manage effective communication and liaison between sales, marketing, and other departments to optimize key business opportunities and deliver sales and profit targets.
  • Trade Strategy Development: Help develop focused trade strategies for categories in the digital commerce channel, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and account potential.
  • Digital Media Investment Review: Conduct after-action reviews of digital media investment activities to ensure return on investment (ROA), sales uplift, and funnel-specific targets are met.
  • Digital Trade Promotion Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital trade promotions to determine whether they meet company objectives and ROI targets.
  • Financial Management: Manage the A&P digital commerce budget and ensure finance deliverables that impact the company's profit and loss (P&L) statement.
  • Best Practices and Innovation: Gather and evaluate Haleon best practices in other countries to accelerate growth and ensure innovation in digital commerce.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience (at least 3 years) in commercial roles (sales, marketing, trade marketing), ideally in the pharmaceutical industry, FMCG, or beauty, and in e-commerce/digital media.
  • Language Skills: Advanced English language skills, with fluency in Spanish also preferred.
