About the Role:
- Ensure the availability and integrity of ERM's infrastructure at all times.
- Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information.
- Act as an internal escalation point for third-party infrastructure services.
- Ensure smooth integration of acquired companies' IT systems into the ERM environment.
- Provide technical direction and support in accordance with business requirements, laws, and regulations.
- Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
- Liaise with third parties, suppliers, and customers as necessary.
- Perform ongoing risk identification and mitigation.
- Support and manage servers, networks, and associated infrastructure.
- Assist in other Technology Services activities as directed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Substantial work experience in a technical analytical role responsible for maintaining enterprise infrastructure environments.
- Degree-educated or equivalent experience.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Server Operating Systems and infrastructure services.
- Experience with implementing and running IaaS and PaaS solutions with public cloud providers (specifically MS Azure).
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization and Azure virtualization technologies.
- Extensive knowledge of server hardware, including Blade Chassis, rack systems, and supporting infrastructure.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, both on-premise and MS Entra ID.
- Knowledge of Cisco and Meraki networking hardware, OS, and technologies.
- Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
- Knowledge of NetApp and Dell storage technologies.
- Knowledge of Commvault Simpana and Metallic backup solutions.
- Knowledge of monitoring solutions.
- Knowledge of networking technologies.
- Knowledge of Riverbed WAN acceleration appliances and mobile.
- Knowledge of DevOps methodologies.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken and written English.

- Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to conduct research into issues and products as required.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, especially under pressure situations.
