Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Intern to join our team in Guadalajara, México. As an IT Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Information and Technology team, assisting in the management and organization of IT documentation, and collaborating with IT professionals to run and analyze weekly reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management and organization of IT documentation, including technical specifications, project plans, and reports.
  • Collaborate with IT professionals to run and analyze weekly reports, tracking project progress, and highlighting any deviations from the plan.
  • Assist in data entry and analysis, helping to maintain accurate records of IT assets, licenses, and hardware inventory.
  • Support the IT team in troubleshooting basic technical issues and escalating more complex problems to the appropriate team members.
  • Assist in coordinating IT meetings, training sessions, and other IT-related events.
  • Assist in setting up and configuring hardware and software for new employees.
  • Support IT professionals in conducting research on emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Contribute to IT-related internal projects and initiatives focused on process improvement and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • A student from Systems Engineering, Information and Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of Information Technology principles, concepts, and technologies.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and IT-related tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
  • Enthusiasm and passion for IT and a desire to grow in the field.

Nice to Have:

  • Basic Knowledge of Azure AD and ITIL Methodologies
