What You'll Do
We're seeking a self-driven and self-motivated individual to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll work with internal and external customers, Key Distributors, and cross-functional teams to resolve order management issues. Your responsibilities will include order entry, scheduling, field support, returns, billing, and incentives.
Responsibilities:
- Support Lenovo's internal and external customers in Latin America
- Work with Sales Teams, Sales Operations, Finance, Pricing, AR, and other CF/Supply chain areas
- Resolve order management issues in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements:
- Basic, intermediate level of English
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency using Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Team Player with a positive attitude
- Self-driven and able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP Knowledge
- VBA Visual Basics Knowledge
- Prior experience in a Global Company
