Galderma Pharma S.A is seeking a Medical Advisor to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico. As a Medical Advisor, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our portfolio of aesthetic products to healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to establish and execute local strategies to achieve divisional goals.
  • Implement and monitor plans to increase divisional efficiency.
  • Prepare reports on function results and explain deviations to the Sales Manager.
  • Propose initiatives to the Sales Manager to improve divisional results, as well as communicate financial and personnel requirements to achieve expected results.
  • Visit healthcare professionals to promote and sell aesthetic products based on consumer needs and highlighting product features and benefits.
  • Process orders, manage pending orders to ensure consumer experience.
  • Develop strong professional relationships with clients to understand their needs and potential.
  • Ensure clients attend Galderma's Education Medical Programs.
  • Ensure clients understand and experience the complete portfolio of products.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree. Desirable in medical-biological areas.
  • Work Experience: 1-3 years in sales. Preferably 1-3 years in medical aesthetic products or high-specialty products.
