**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance agile practices.
- Coach teams on agile principles, practices, and tools, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality products.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain accurate data in agile toolsets, providing transparency to the roadmap and priorities.
- Facilitate events and workshops to promote team collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivery of value to our users.
- Monitor team performance against business objectives, identifying gaps and providing analysis to develop innovative solutions.
- Act as an advisor or coach to new or lower-level employees, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the product team.
- Help teams remove barriers that hinder delivery flow, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
**Requirements**:
- 5-8 years of experience in an IT project leadership role with commensurate people management experience.
- Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
