Job Description**Job Title:** ServiceNow Configuration Data Manager
**Location:** Hybrid (Mexico City or Guadalajara)
**Language:** Intermediate English
**Experience:** 5 years
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage the data loads into ServiceNow.
- Manage and maintain data accuracy.
- ServiceNow CMDB application administration.
- Update/create and manage data in ServiceNow systems.
- Configure reports and dashboards for the CMDB; create scheduled jobs to report on the completeness and correctness of the data.
**About the Role:** As a ServiceNow Configuration Data Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining the accuracy of data in ServiceNow systems. You will be responsible for managing data loads, administering the CMDB application, and configuring reports and dashboards to ensure data completeness and correctness.
