Microbiologist Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Microbiologist Specialist to join our team at Procter & Gamble. As a key member of our site's microbiological program, you will be responsible for identifying and eliminating process losses, building process capability and control, and defining equipment standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the site's microbiological program in compliance with Company and local regulations.
• Communicate results through established Industrial Microbiology site scorecards and systems.
• Qualify micro lab personnel, including analysts and advanced analysts, and successors.
• Ensure compliance to microbiological operating standards and procedures.
• Conduct microbiology risk assessments during Change Control System and Design Reviews processes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with cGMPs at the laboratory and manufacturing facilities.

Requirements

• BS in Microbiology or BS in Engineering with microbiological qualifications.
• Microbiology experience in the industry.
• Leadership skills and ability to guide site manufacturing operations.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Budget administration and Clean Design Standard knowledge.
• DTI Interpretation skills.
